Introduction

Brunel is currently seeking a Commissioning Technical Support professional to join our client's project team on a contract basis. This work-from-home position will support commissioning leadership and project teams through the preparation of reports, documentation, dashboards, and project communications.

What are you going to do 

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
  • Support project dashboards and progress tracking initiatives.
  • Track systems completion and operational readiness activities.
  • Monitor and summarize project status updates and key milestones.
  • Assist with commissioning procedures and project documentation.
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, communications, and project updates.
  • Track action items, timelines, and progress metrics.
  • Support commissioning teams with reporting and administrative requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in project support, reporting, document control, or administration.
  • Demonstrated experience producing professional reports, summaries, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Strong experience preparing and reviewing written reports, data summaries, and project updates.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, action items, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured documentation systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Power BI experience is considered an asset.
  • Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
