What are you going to do 

  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Geschäftsreisen (Flug, Bahn) inklusive Buchung, Umbuchung, Ticketing und Stornierung in Amadeus
  • Organisation weiterer Reiseleistungen wie Hotel- und Mietwagenbuchungen
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden bei Reiseanfragen sowie Unterstützung bei Änderungen, Verspätungen oder Ausfällen
  • Koordination der Beschaffung von A1-Bescheinigungen, EU-Meldungen und Visa in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung des Travel Managements

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement, Tourismusmanagement oder abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, International Business oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
  • Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Geschäftsreisen erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Buchungssystemen wie z.B. Amadeus, Midoco oder vergleichbare Portale wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig
