What are you going to do

Als Business IT Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van businessbehoeften naar IT-oplossingen. Je analyseert processen, schrijft requirements en ondersteunt implementaties van systemen en applicaties. Je taken omvatten:

Wat ga je doen?

Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en IT-landschap.
Opstellen van requirements en functionele specificaties.
Ondersteunen bij systeemimplementaties en acceptatietesten.
Samenwerken met business stakeholders en IT-teams.
Signaleren van verbeteringen in systemen en processen.
Adviseren over IT-oplossingen die processen optimaliseren.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je bent een communicatieve en oplossingsgerichte professional die de brug kan slaan tussen business en IT. Je bent gestructureerd, analytisch ingesteld en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen binnen complexe projecten. Daarnaast heb je:

Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in informatica, bedrijfskunde of ICT
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een business IT-analyse rol
Ervaring of affiniteit met de profit sector, bij voorkeur bank, verzekeraar, telecom of energie
Ervaring met ERP, CRM, BI-tools of procesmanagement
Bekend met Agile/Scrum-methodieken
