Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen business en IT en zorgt ervoor dat wensen worden vertaald naar concrete oplossingen. Binnen uiteenlopende organisaties werk je aan digitaliseringsvraagstukken en complexe verandertrajecten.

What are you going to do 

Als Business/Informatie Analist vorm je de brug tussen de business en IT. Je brengt wensen, processen en informatiestromen in kaart en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen die organisaties helpen efficiënter te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Inventariseren en analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en informatiebehoeften
  • Ophalen en uitwerken van requirements bij stakeholders en eindgebruikers
  • Vertalen van wensen naar user stories, use cases en functionele specificaties
  • Faciliteren van workshops, interviews en requirementssessies
  • Modelleren en optimaliseren van processen met BPMN
  • Samenwerken met Product Owners, developers en andere betrokkenen
  • Begeleiden van implementaties van nieuwe systemen en functionaliteiten
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van acceptatietesten (UAT)
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen processen en informatiesystemen
  • Zorgen voor een soepele aansluiting tussen businessdoelen en IT-oplossingen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • HBO- of WO-diploma in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, Business IT of Informatica;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Ervaring met requirementsanalyse;
  • Ervaring met BPMN, user stories en use cases;
  • Ervaring binnen Agile/Scrum omgevingen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
