Bij Brunel zoeken we een Senior Business Analyst die meewerkt aan een grootschalig transformatieprogramma bij een van onze klanten. Je vormt de brug tussen business en IT binnen de modernisering van een centraal platform

What are you going to do 

  • Vertalen van businessprocessen naar functionele specificaties
  • Opstellen van user stories, procesflows en acceptatiecriteria
  • Samenwerken met stakeholders en fungeren als brug tussen business en IT
  • Meebepalen van prioriteiten met product owners en projectteams
  • Ondersteunen van testing en valideren van oplossingen
  • Opstellen en beheren van functionele documentatie
  • Identificeren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst binnen een complexe of gereguleerde omgeving (bijv. financieel, sociaal of overheidsdomein).
  • Sterke kennis van procesanalyse en datamodellering, met affiniteit voor financiële processen (bijdragen, afrekeningen, SEPA-betalingen).
  • Ervaring met ERP-achtige systemen, datamigraties en systeemintegraties.
  • Kennis van databases en dataverwerking (query's, datastructuren, dataflows).
  • Ervaring met Power BI, Excel-analyse en SharePoint is een plus.
  • Ervaring met Azure DevOps of vergelijkbare tools voor ticketing en testbeheer.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Frans (professioneel niveau).
  • Gestructureerd, diplomatisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • In staat om autonoom te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Proactieve en dynamische mindset.
