What are you going to do 

  • Verarbeitung, Analyse und sorgfältige Dokumentation von Probenmaterial (z. B. Blut, Gewebe, Zellkulturen) unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards

  • Durchführung labordiagnostischer Verfahren wie PCR, ELISA, Zellkultivierung sowie histologischer Methoden

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Validierung und Optimierung neuer Analyseverfahren und Arbeitsprozesse

  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege, Wartung und Funktionskontrolle der Laborgeräte

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

  • Dokumentation und Auswertung der Ergebnisse sowie Erstellung von Berichten gemäß GLP- und GMP-Vorgaben

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Wissenschaftler:innen und medizinischem Fachpersonal

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als MTLA/MTA, BTA, CTA, Chemielaborant oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Labordiagnostik, Molekularbiologie oder Zellkultur wünschenswert

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen labordiagnostischen Verfahren (z. B. PCR, ELISA, Zellkultivierung, Histologie)

  • Sicherer Umgang mit GLP- und/oder GMP-Richtlinien

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
