What are you going to do 

  • Beschaffung von diversenen Dienstleistungen (Studien, Softwareberatung) mit Schwerpunkt Beratungsdienstleistung
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren und Ausschreibungen nach öffentlichem Vergaberecht
  • Vertragscontrolling und Lieferantenmanagement
  • Angebotseinholung, Angebotsbewertung, Verhandlungen, Vertragsmanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Idealerweise Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Betriebswirt
  • Kaufmännische und Vertragsrechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf inklusvie SAP Kenntnissen
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse der öffentlichen Auftragsvergabe
