What are you going to do

Überwachung von Bauausführungen und Ingenieurbauwerken im Geltungsbereich der Bahn
Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Baumaßnahmen inklusive Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle
Dokumentation des Baugeschehens, Bauabrechnung sowie Mängelmanagement
Durchführung und Protokollierung von Baubesprechungen
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Abnahmen
Aktive Mitwirkung an der Realisierung und Modernisierung komplexer Bahnprojekte in ganz Deutschland

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Ausbildung zum Bauüberwacher im Bahnbereich zwingend erforderlich
Begeisterung für Baustellentätigkeit und Offenheit für digitale Arbeitsmittel
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift
Führerschein Klasse B
