What are you going to do 

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung und Steuerung komplexer Bauvorhaben
  • Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Kostensteuerung von Planungs- und Bauleistungen
  • Koordination aller Planungsbeteiligten hinsichtlich Qualität, Terminen und Vertragserfüllung
  • Entwicklung von Alternativen zur Termin- und Kostensicherung
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen
  • Vertragsanalyse und Angebotsstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Niederlassungsleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Bauablaufplanung und Nachtragserstellung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Standardkalkulationsdaten
  • Bewertung und Verhandlung mit Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern
  • Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und weiteren Projektpartnern
  • Sicherstellung von Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz im Projekt
  • Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kalkulation, Einkauf und Arbeitsvorbereitung

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Großprojekten im Bauwesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation, Vergabe, Bauablaufplanung und im Vertragswesen
  • Führungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Strukturierte, wirtschaftliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
