What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung von Bau‑ oder Teilprojekten vor Ort
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Nachunternehmern und Gewerken
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Abstimmung mit Planern, Projektleitern und Auftraggebern
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Baustellenbegehungen
  • Dokumentation des Baufortschritts sowie Nachtrags‑ und Mängelmanagement
  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Normen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Hoch‑ oder Industriebau
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VOB sowie relevanter Bau‑ und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft bzw. Einsatz auf Baustellen je nach Projekt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
