What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Projektabwicklung
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Nachunternehmern, Lieferanten und internen Projektteams
  • Kontrolle der Bauausführung sowie Einhaltung technischer Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Baubesprechungen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Bauzeiten- und Ressourcenplänen
  • Nachtragsmanagement sowie Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Architekten, Fachplaner und Behörden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Laufende Dokumentation und Berichterstattung zum Projektfortschritt

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB sowie relevanter Normen und Vorschriften
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Bauabläufe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Bauprojektsoftware
  • Hohes Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
