What are you going to do 

  • Klären der Aufgabenstellung / Konzeptfindung und -erstellung von Planungsprojekten
  • Beschaffung von Planungsunterlagen; Archivbesuche; Abgleich von Unterlagen - Grundlagenermittlungen
  • Koordinations- und Abstimmungsgespräche mit dem Auftraggeber/Nutzer
  • Unterstützung von planerischen Aufgaben (LPH 1 - 5 nach HOAI) inkl. einfacher CAD-Konstruktion
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Wertung von Vergabeunterlagen (LPH 6 - 7 nach HOAI)
  • Objektüberwachende Tätigkeiten, Auftragsbetreuung von ausführenden Firmen, Koordination und Aufmaßprüfung / Rechnungsprüfung / Kostenkontrolle (LPH 8-9 nach HOAI).
  • Bauherrnvertretung in der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbares Studium (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker oder Bautechniker mit erster Erfahrung im Bereich Heinzung, Klima, Lüftung oder Sanitär auf Baustellen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der geltenden Normen, Gesetze und anerkannten Regeln der Technik
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und im Vergaberecht (HOAI und VOB)
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office und AVA-Software
  • Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz und gute Darstellungsfähigkeit von technischen Zusammenhängen in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsmentalität. Hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strategischem Denken
