What are you going to do 

  • Eigenständige Leitung und Koordination von Baustellen im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung der eingesetzten Montageteams
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Montage-, Installations- und Verkabelungsarbeiten
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Projektleitern, Nachunternehmern und anderen Gewerken
  • Durchführung von Umbau-, Erweiterungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Funktionsprüfungen, Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Baustellendokumentation

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Energieanlagenelektroniker, Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der elektrotechnischen Montage im Industrieumfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Obermonteur oder Bauleitender Monteur von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, selbst aktiv auf der Baustelle mitzuwirken
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Montageteams
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft nur bedingt notwendig (Baustellen im Tagespendelbereich)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
