Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Sie übernehmen die Kalkulation von Bau- und Nachunternehmerleistungen bei Ingenieurbauprojekten
  • Sie sind für die Leistungsermittlungen in Abstimmung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung zuständig und identifizieren in diesem Zuge Chancen und Risiken
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Mengenermittlungen und Plausibilitätsprüfungen
  • Sie erstellen Ausschreibungsunterlagen für Nachunternehmer sowie Lieferanten und sind verantwortlich für die Auswertung der eingehenden Angebote
  • Sie unterstützen das technische Controlling bei der Aufstellung und Pflege der Arbeitskalkulation
  • Sie sind für die Erstellung von Nachtragskalkulationen einschl. zugehöriger Unterlagen und Angebotserstellung an unsere Kunden zuständig

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation und / oder Abwicklung von komplexen Ingenieurbau-Bauvorhaben
  • Schwerpunkt der technischen Kompetenz ist der Ingenieurbau
  • Interesse und Engagement, Projekte erfolgreich zu gestalten
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Versierter Umgang mit allgemeinen EDV-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse im Kalkulationsprogramm RIB iTWO (Arriba)
