What are you going to do

Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten - je nach Erfahrung im Hochbau, Tiefbau, Industrie- oder Anlagenbau
Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Kostenkalkulationen und Terminplänen
Koordination von Fachplanern, Nachunternehmern und internen Projektbeteiligten
Überwachung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Sicherheit
Durchführung von Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren
Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden, Behörden und Bauleitung im gesamten Projektverlauf
Dokumentation, Berichterstattung und Projektcontrolling

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder konstruktiver Ingenieurbau
Berufserfahrung in der Planung oder Durchführung von Bauprojekten, idealerweise in verantwortlicher Rolle
Verständnis für Bauabläufe, technische Normen, Ausschreibungs- und Vergaberichtlinien
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
