What are you going to do 

  • Planung und Überwachung von Tiefbau- und Betonbauarbeiten für komplexe Life-Science-Projekte (z. B. Labore, Reinräume, Produktionsanlagen)

  • Koordination von Baumaßnahmen im Erd- und Rohbau unter Berücksichtigung spezieller Anforderungen im Pharma- und Biotech-Umfeld

  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausführungs-, Detail- und Schalplänen

  • Qualitätssicherung und Überwachung der Einhaltung von Normen (z. B. GMP, DIN, VDI)

  • Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherr, Fachplanern, Behörden und ausführenden Unternehmen

  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergabe und Bauüberwachung

  • Technische Betreuung während der Bauausführung und bei Abnahmen

  • Dokumentation und Nachtragsmanagement

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen mit Spezialisierung im Tief- und Betonbau
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse über die deutschen Vorschriften im Bereich Tief- und Betonbau
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Bauleitung gesammelt oder möchtest dich bei uns zum Bauleiter weiterentwickeln
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift
