What are you going to do 

- Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung von Hochbauprojekten
- eigentverantwortliche Arbeit und Austausch mit den beteiligten Projektpartnern
- Koordination und Steuerung der internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
- Begehung der Bauobjekte und Bauleitungstätigkeiten
- Beratung der wissenschaftlichen Bereiche in Bau- und Einrichtungsfragen



Essential skills and knowledge

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschul-Studium der Fachrichtung Architektur und umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Planung und dem Entwurf von komplexen Hochbauprojekten
- Erfahrungen in der Anwendung der HOAI sowie in der Beurteilung architektonischer Gestaltungsfragen
- Kenntnisse der technischen Vorschriften und Regelwerke
- Kenntnisse gängiger IT- und CAD-Programm, idealerweise REVIT
