Für ein etabliertes Industrieunternehmen suchen wir einen engagierten Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d), der mit technischem Verständnis, Prozesskompetenz und einem strukturierten Arbeitsstil zur Optimierung der Fertigungsabläufe beiträgt. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Konstruktion und Planung und stellen sicher, dass Aufträge effizient, wirtschaftlich und termingerecht umgesetzt werden.

What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsplänen im Bereich Stahlbau
  • Analyse bestehender Produktionsprozesse sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Durchführung von Ablaufuntersuchungen, Planzeitbestimmungen und Variantenvergleichen (REFA/MTM)
  • Entwickeln wirtschaftlicher und fertigungsgerechter Verfahren
  • Bearbeitung von Stücklisten- und Zeichnungsänderungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung relevanter Stammdaten im ERP‑System (SAP)
  • Betreuung und Administration des Planungstools HS‑Plan (HSi GmbH)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Konstruktion und dem Vorrichtungsbau zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikaton
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, insb. Schweißen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
