What are you going to do 

  • Anfertigen und Verformen von Rohren für schiffstechnische Systeme nach Vorgabe von technischen Unterlagen mit manuellen und maschinellen Fertigungsverfahren
  • Herstellen von Hilfskonstruktionen für die Anfertigung und Montage
  • Anwendung von Prüf- und Messgeräten zur Sicherstellung der Maßhaltigkeit in der Anfertigung
  • Abheften von Bauteilen zur Vorbereitung von Schweißarbeiten
  • Einhaltung der einschlägigen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
  • Zusammenstellen von Bauteilen nach Zeichnung und Stücklisten
  • Vor- und Endfertigung sowie Montage von Stahlbauteilen und Bauteilen aus Sonderwerkstoffen
  • Anfertigung von Abgasleitungen und Funktionsmodulen
  • Durchführung von Druck- und Festigkeitsprüfungen an Rohrleitungen in der Werkstatt

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Ausbildung zum Rohrschlosser, Anlagenmechaniker oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in schiffsbetriebstechnischen Systemen
  • Kenntnisse von Schiffbaustandards sowie den Normen im Rohrbau
  • Grundkenntnisse beim Schweißen von WIG und MIG für Stahl- und Edelstahl wünschenswert
