Introduction

Brunel is looking for a Junior HR Analyst to work with one of our clients, a company operating in the oil and gas sector! This opportunity will be for an outsourced contract, for an indefinite period, in a hybrid (4x1) schedule at the client's office located in Rio de Janeiro (RJ).

What are you going to do 

  • Support the organization and execution of physical and mental well-being initiatives, social actions, training, and development and engagement programs.
  • Assist in the internal communication of the area's initiatives, preparing announcements, executive summaries, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Update management presentations and executive materials for project and indicator monitoring.
  • Perform administrative and operational controls for the area, ensuring the organization and quality of information.
  • Support the monitoring of indicators, reports, and internal controls.
  • Conduct payment processes related to suppliers, events, services, and materials, interfacing with internal areas and external partners.
  • Support the logistical organization of training, events, and corporate actions.
  • Work closely with different areas of the company, ensuring alignment and support for the demands of the Organizational Development area.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Prior experience in training, development, recruitment, or related areas will be considered a plus
  • Advanced English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Organized, analytical profile with good skills in creating presentations and executive materials
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple demands
