What are you going to do 

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der AI-Plattform auf Kubernetes
  • Deployment und Betrieb von Large Language Models (LLMs) auf GPU-Servern
  • Aufbau und Betrieb performanter Model-Serving- und Inference-Services
  • Etablierung von MLOps-Standards sowie Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der on-prem MLOps-Plattform (u. a. ClearML, OpenShift)
  • Aufbau von LLMOps-Workflows für produktive GenAI-Services, einschließlich Serving-/Runtime-Konfiguration, Guardrails & Policies, Evaluierung und Regressionstests sowie Kosten- und Qualitäts-Monitoring
  • Containerisierung und Deployment von AI-Services mit Docker und Kubernetes
  • Skalierung und Optimierung von GPU- und CPU-Workloads
  • Entwicklung stabiler AI-APIs und Services für interne Anwendungen
  • Aufbau von Monitoring, Logging und Observability für AI-Systeme
  • Automatisierung von Infrastruktur-, Plattform- und Model-Releases (CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code), inklusive sicherer Rollouts, Rollbacks und Standardisierung von Deployments
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Performance, Skalierung und Stabilität der Gesamtplattform

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Voraussetzung ist die Möglichkeit zur Durchführung einer erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2) gemäß Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG).
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Systeme.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten im Austausch mit Fachbereichen und IT.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Remote-Arbeit innerhalb Deutschlands möglich; Onboarding und gelegentliche Termine finden vor Ort in Ulm bzw. Taufkirchen statt.
  • Bereitschaft zur arbeitsmedizinischen Untersuchung G37 (Bildschirmarbeitsplatz).
