What are you going to do 

  • Koordination des End-to-End-Prozesses für die Registrierung und Risikobewertung von KI-Anwendungsfällen einschließlich des Stakeholder-Managements für Führungskräfte, das AI Committee, den Betriebsrat, HR, den Datenschutz und weitere Schnittstellen
  • Vorbereitung, Prüfung, Dokumentation und Genehmigung von KI-Risikobewertungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung (General Counsel)
  • Operative Verantwortung für das interne KI-Register
  • Erstellung und Pflege des entsprechenden Reportings zu den AI Governance Operations
  • Beratung und Orientierungshilfe zu übergeordneten KI-Governance-Themen
  • Koordination der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung der KI-Kompetenz in Abstimmung mit lokalen und globalen Stakeholdern der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Überprüfung und Anpassung von Trainingsinhalten zur Gewährleistung von Relevanz und Compliance

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Künstliche Intelligenz, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbar erforderlich
  • Verständnis von KI-Gesetzgebungen (z.B. EU AI Act), AI Governance-Frameworks (Tools, Prozesse, Standards wie ISO 142001/47001) sowie modernen KI-Technologien notwendig
  • Starke Projektmanagement- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englichkenntnisse notwendig
