What are you going to do 

  • Identifikation und Gewinnung von qualifizierten Talenten (insbesondere im IT-Umfeld) über relevante Plattformen, Netzwerke und innovative Sourcing-Ansätze
  • Durchführung von strukturierten, qualifizierenden Erstgesprächen und Begeisterung von Kandidat*innen für die Positionen und das Unternehmen
  • Entwicklung von zielgruppenspezifischen, auch internationalen Sourcing-Strategien sowie nachhaltiger Aufbau von Talentpools und Netzwerken
  • Nutzung von datenbasierten Insights wie Conversion Rates und Funnel-Analysen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Sourcing-Ansätze
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Recruiterinnen zur Abstimmung von Profilanforderungen und für einen reibungslosen Übergang der Kandidat*innen in den Rekrutierungsprozess
  • Mitwirkung an konzeptionellen Themen wie der Weiterentwicklung von Sourcing-Strategien, Prozessen und Tools über das operative Sourcing hinaus
  • Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Candidate Experience entlang der gesamten Candidate Journey durch wertschätzende und transparente Kommunikation

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken wie z.B. LinkedIn erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse im Active Sourcing erforderlich
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
