Introduction
Take control of day to day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on programme and to specification.
What are you going to do
- Supervise daily site activities, crews, subcontractors and plant.
- Coordinate bulk earthworks, drainage, services, roads and subdivision works.
- Drive programme, productivity, safety and quality on site.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve site issues before they impact delivery.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Proven Site Supervisor experience with a civil contractor.
- Strong background in bulk earthworks and subdivision projects.
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors and large volumes of plant.
- Able to read plans, manage programme requirements and run a site independently.
- Practical, hands on and comfortable taking ownership of site delivery.
- Must be an Australian Citizen / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
