What are you going to do
You will oversee insurance repair and restoration projects across Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Yeppoon and surrounding areas, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Managing insurance repair projects from start to finish
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Managing timelines, budgets, and project updates
- Ensuring WHS compliance across all sites
- Using company systems/software to track jobs, reports, variations, and progress updates
- Supporting and mentoring a small team within the region
Essential skills and knowledge
- Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor within the insurance building/restoration industry
- Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects across regional locations
- Tech savvy and confident using computers, tablets, and job management systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Trade background highly regarded
- QBCC licence highly regarded
