What are you going to do 

  • Be fully aware of the Project HSE requirements;
  • Assist the Engineering and Construction Managers in coordinating the activities of the Engineering and Construction teams;
  • Ensure that all activities and works in the Area of responsibility are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements of Company and the relevant authorities;
  • Ensure implementation of the Company Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible;
  • Actively contribute to Safety Walks, reporting and Investigation of Accidents;
  • Ensure that the works are being done in accordance with the Quality requirements of the Project;
  • Coordinate and administer all the Design changes, Field Design Notice, Site Technical Queries and ensure compliance to the EPCC Contract requirements;
  • Coordinate and administer the review of the draft Final documentation and the delivery of the Final documentation up to “As Built” status;
  • Coordinate the document coding and documentation requirements according to Project requirements;
  • Coordinate identification, ordering and receipt of all the Spare Parts, Capital Spares and Special tools;
  • Assists the Commissioning team in Punch items categorization, tracking and resolution for systems mechanical completion
  • Coordinate the identification, compilation and the continuous implementation of all the administrative and technical lessons learned;
  • Coordinate and administer Project lifting studies;
  • Identify, report and follow up risks within own area of responsibility;
  • Coordinate specially assigned tasks.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University;
  • 7+ years direct and relevant experience in large EPCC Projects with oil/gas or petrochemical or fertilizer industry;
  • PMS/ PMP certification would be an added advantage for the position.
