Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP / PM
  • Having knowledge of other SAP modules like PP, PM & the related integrations with the SD module will be added advantage.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
  • Design, customize, configuration and testing of SD & LE modules Coordinate, design and implement the external interfaces from third party systems to SAP SD and LE modules.
  • Identify gaps, issues, and practical workaround solutions to ensure continuity and effectiveness of operations.
  • Act as liaison with business & other SAP modules for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems or process problems.
  • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
  • Identify and analyze gaps, issues, and risks, and recommend effective solutions, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical teams like basis, GRC, Solman etc.
  • Provide ad hoc training, guidance, and user support, ensuring effective utilization of systems, tools, and business processes.
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to SAP core users and end users and other SAP module consultants.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and templates.
  • Handle any task that may be assigned from time to time in the project or support environment.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related filed
  • Certified in SD in SAP ECC or SAP S4 HANA
  • 5 - 7 years relevant experience
