Introduction

Take ownership of supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across quality, logistics, and operational excellence. As a Quality & Logistics Supplier Manager, you are the strategic link between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring suppliers can meet current and future business demands.

What are you going to do 

  • Supplier Performance Management
    You will monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier quality and logistics performance. This includes leading operational reviews, driving corrective actions, managing performance escalations, and ensuring suppliers continuously improve their capabilities to meet business requirements.
  • Quality & Logistics Capability Development
    You will support suppliers in developing their quality and logistics capabilities, including capacity ramp-up planning, process optimization, and long-term improvement roadmaps. You will identify capability gaps and implement improvement programs to ensure sustainable supplier performance.
  • Risk Management & Supply Chain Optimization
    You will identify risks within multi-tier supply chains and proactively implement mitigation strategies. You will support sourcing and procurement initiatives, contribute to supplier strategies, manage critical material escalations, and optimize supply chain performance through innovative logistics and inventory solutions.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, supply chain management, quality management, logistics, procurement, or a related role.
  • Experience with supplier performance management, quality systems, logistics processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of quality and logistics management tools, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, high-tech, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
