Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leader in the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing x 2 Paralegals to support a a contract amendment project. This will be casual contract to commence as soon as possible located at their luxurious Perth CBD offices.

What are you going to do 

You will be responsible for reviewing existing contracts, preparing amendments and related correspondence, tracking progress and responses, and working closely with the Contracts and Procurement Team.

  • Review a high volume of existing contracts
  • Prepare contract amendments and related correspondence
  • Track amendment progress and stakeholder responses
  • Work closely with Contracts and Procurement Teams
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all documentation
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal is required
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of Contract Law
  • Experience working with contracts is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
