Introduction
You will report to Greater China Sales Leader and develop and execute end-to-end account strategies for key stakeholders in the oil and gas market, to drive long-term business growth and deep strategic partnerships. Identify incremental business opportunities and deliver against predefined annual revenue and market penetration targets.
What are you going to do
- Maintain in-depth, up-to-date insights into oil and gas industry dynamics, and stay well-informed of the technological advancements and strategic priorities of PetroChina and other key oil & gas companies
- Oversee full-lifecycle management of high-value accounts, align internal cross-functional resources to deliver customized solutions that match the core business demands of Oil & Gas clients.
- Design tailored solutions to meet specific operational and compliance requirements
- Create integrated service plans aligned with the strategic objectives of each company
- Conduct regular strategic reviews and performance evaluations for each key customer
- Leverage technical expertise to design value-added service solutions
- Other responsibilities assigned by line manager.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior role within Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in strategic account management, sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Chinese Language skill.
