Brunel has been exclusively engaged to appoint a Head of Asset Engineering for a leading Australian energy infrastructure owner.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the engineering function supporting a complex portfolio of critical gas transmission and storage assets across Australia's East Coast.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a large multidisciplinary engineering team, providing strategic leadership across asset integrity, reliability, process safety, technical governance and operational engineering.
Working closely with Operations and the Central Engineering & Technical Services function, you will play a key role in strengthening engineering capability, building a high-performing leadership team and driving engineering excellence across the portfolio.
This is a highly visible executive leadership role offering the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, influence operational performance and become a trusted adviser to senior leadership.
You are a respected engineering leader who thrives in complex, high-hazard operating environments. You have built your career leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, partnering closely with Operations and delivering safe, reliable and commercially sound outcomes across critical operating assets.
