Introduction

Brunel International is an international oil field services company that is looking for a Fracturing Equipment Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait. This is a 3-month project with a rotation of 7 weeks to 3 weeks.

What are you going to do 

  • The Fracturing Equipment Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the fracturing equipment and personnel onsite;
  • The supervisor will ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards and regulations, and that all personnel are properly trained and equipped;
  • The supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues with the equipment, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in oil field services or related industry;
  • Knowledge of fracturing equipment and operations;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
