Introduction

Our client is looking for an experienced Field Technician Hydrogeology to support exploration operations across the Pilbara. The role involves installing, removing, servicing and maintaining submersible bore pumps, pipelines and water tanks. Applicants must have strong plumbing and pump experience, Plumbing Licence, MR/HR Licence, 4WD capability and full Australian working rights. The successful candidate must be reliable and confident working independently.

What are you going to do 

Duties

  • Install and remove submersible bore pumps.
  • Maintain and service submersible bore pumps.
  • Install associated pipelines and water tanks.
  • Travel and work across various exploration locations throughout the Pilbara.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Preferred bore installation experience
  • Plumbing Licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acquire and ArcGIS
  • Demonstrates high levels of personal conduct at all times, including punctuality, initiative, reliability, presentation and responsibility
  • Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Western Australian MR/HR Licence
  • Telehandler Ticket
  • Licence to Perform Dogging
  • Ability to operate and maintain a 4WD vehicle
  • Full working rights i.e PR or Citizenship
  • Vehicle Loading Crane Ticket
  • Poly welding, electrofusion and extrusion welding ticket
