Introduction
On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing a Contracts Advisor for a 12 month contract located in the heart of the Perth CBD.
About this role
A guide to your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the wide range of Third-Party Services provision activities
- Coordination of third-party services, to meet operational requirements
- Support development and implementation of contracts
- Development, implementation and coordination of Contractor Administration systems
- Support the delivery of activities within the contract lifecycle
- Management of contracts including management of changes
- Lead/Support communications/negotiations with contractors/vendors
- Manage necessary approval processes, with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support and guidance as the focal point for nominated contracts in execution and delivery of services
- Support Business Systems and integration into the implementation and Operations Services Team
- Managing Contractor cost and providing visibility of contractor costs
- Coordinate on contractual, commercial, taxation/duties, AIP, insurance, IR, insurance, HSES and legal issues with relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensure commercial and contractual correspondence with Contractor is efficiently handled
Requirements
- Post Award Contract Management (PACM) experience is essential
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry in the field of implementation, execution and Contractor Management will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in coordination of Services Contracts
- Exposure to development and management of Maintenance Services Contracts - ideally SAP
- Cost Control / Cost tracking
- Integrated planning, resources mobilisation and competency management
- Strong interpersonal skills in negotiating, influencing and teamwork
