Functieomschrijving: Senior Structural Engineer Aramis
Are you ready to be part of a groundbreaking project that aims to develop an open access, non-discriminatory CO2 transportation infrastructure? We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to take on the role of Structural and Geotechnical Engineering Manager.
Your expertise will be essential as you take charge of all activities related to Structural, Civil, and Geotechnical engineering. You'll be the Company's technical authority, supervising, controlling, and coordinating work within your discipline and ensuring seamless integration with other project elements.

- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in offshore shallow water steel fixed structure design, sea-fastening, transportation analysis, landfall trenchless crossing solutions, geotechnics for foundation design, and installation analysis for large and slender structures.
- Manage the execution of the Structural/Geotechnical Scope of Work, aligning it with project requirements and geotechnical study results.
- Lead and support subcontracted studies and other project packages as necessary.
- Ensure the overall civil, structural, and architectural design meets Company requirements, regulations, and good engineering practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, safety, construction, and operations teams to define and implement requirements within your scope of work.
- Participate in engineering studies related to interfaces with various disciplines during the FEED phase.
- Oversee Civil Early Works executed by local engineering/construction contractors.
You'll be the driving force behind technical reviews and exchanges with all involved parties, ensuring effective coordination with other project disciplines and contractors. Anticipating and addressing potential problems will be second nature to you, and you'll take the lead in reviewing contractor documentation related to structural and civil engineering.
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in similar positions, specifically in structural and geotechnical design for offshore fixed structures and foundation design.
- Possess exceptional management skills, with a proven ability to achieve outcomes, make balanced and prudent decisions, and work autonomously with precision.
- Results-oriented with excellent organization skills to coordinate stakeholders and meet project timelines.
- A team player who thrives in complex project teams and can collaborate across interdisciplinary departments and international teams.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
