E-learning development intern

You will play a crucial role in assisting our Learning and Development and HR team with creating engaging and effective eLearning content, configuring our Learning Management System (LMS), and utilizing authoring tools to enhance the learning experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of eLearning and contribute to the growth of our colleagues/teams and organization.

• Duration: 3-6 months
• Location: Amsterdam

eLearning Content Development

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create interactive and visually appealing eLearning modules.
• Use multimedia elements to enhance course materials, including graphics, videos, and simulations.
• Ensure content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives.

LMS Configuration

• Assist in the configuration and administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide user support as needed.
• Implement and maintain course catalogs, user profiles, and reporting functionalities.

Authoring Tools

• Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate 360 to design, develop and update eLearning courses.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in eLearning authoring tools to enhance content quality.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and ensure seamless integration with the LMS.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree program at a university or college in Amsterdam.
• Strong interest in eLearning, instructional design, graphic design or related fields.
• Comfortable with technology, with a knack for quickly learning new software and tools (Tech-savvy).
• Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g. Moodle).
• Basic knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.).
• Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
