About this role

Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and managing proactive investor relations programs
  • Liaising between analysts, investors and investment stakeholders
  • Developing an annual schedule of investor relations events
  • Responding to investors’ inquiries and developing corporate responses
  • Collaborating with the Director of Business Development and Investor Relations, CFO, and CEO to create the company’s financial communications story and the external and internal messaging, ensuring all communications are integrated and consistent
  • Helping to execute the company’s PR strategy, including the preparation and release of quarterly earnings press releases as well as the company’s periodic news releases, etc.
  • Conducting research including competitive analysis of industry peers, comprehensive benchmarking, prospective investors, and analysts
  • Supporting the development, production and update of investor marketing materials including investor presentations, collaterals, fact sheets, etc.
  • Assisting with logistics for investor conferences, non-deal road shows, earnings calls and investor meetings

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Professional maturity and the ability to handle extremely sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Demonstrated natural comfort in a high-visibility external role where judgment, tact, flexibility and resourcefulness are required
  • Rigorous financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling and clear ability to develop, synthesize and present perspectives on key strategic/financial issues
  • Phenomenal writer capable of drafting succinct but informational emails and texts.
  • Must be extraordinarily attentive to detail
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business
