About this role

Responsibilities

  • Collect business requirements, align regulatory processes and implement/manage adequate systems/processes accordingly
  • Collaborate with Lead, Regulatory Business Process and Regulatory Affairs stakeholders to execute and deliver process improvement and system implementation projects
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs teams and provide regulatory information management support with respect to current and future business processes
  • Act as a the Regulatory Affairs contact to other departments within cross-functional projects related to process automation/system implementation, by communicating regulatory perspectives on data & Information Management topics
  • Collect and analyze business requirements to propose effective and sustainable regulatory data/information management solutions
  • Collaborate closely with IT to ensure alignment with corporate IT governance principles across systems implementations and the development their administration processes and ensure operational functionality of regulatory systems by overseeing troubleshooting activities, patch deployment, and recommendations for upgrades as necessary
  • Work with all regulatory affairs teams to ensure that systems and processes support current and future business needs

About you

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with system implementation is an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in process and/or systems support in a highly regulated environment/industry
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with business process engineering, improvement and/or automation
  • General understanding of information management (design, logic and governance principles)
  • General understanding of pharmaceutical business processes (preferably in Regulatory Affairs)
  • Self-starter, passionate and motivated to drive change
  • Ability to capture and translate business needs into user requirements
  • Disciplined, structured and logical approach to problem solving, ability to anticipate problems and recommend solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication and ability to present information to diverse user profile levels
  • Strong consulting and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (English & French)
