About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership, direction and supervision over the following activities, onboard and Wayside, SER’s and PSDS;
  • Maintain oversight of preventative, predictive maintenance and condition based maintenance;
  • Evaluates, develops and manages preventative, corrective and overhaul programs;
  • Ensure that responsible personnel are trained in the Preventive / Predictive Maintenance program;
  • Analyze fault histories to identify specific repetitive failures on wayside or onboard and create plans to address these failures promptly;
  • Maintain a required technical level of knowledge to oversee and contribute to the resolution of complex problems;
  • Liaise with Supervisors and relevant sub-supplier staff;
  • Perform related duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.

About you

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field;
  • 6 to 9 years’ experience in the analysis of preventative maintenance system and equipment operational performance and reliability of ATC signaling systems;
  • Experience of working with ATC ( onboard MICROCAB & Wayside MICROLOCKS) Telecommunications PSDS and knowledge of equipment maintenance plans;
  • Root cause analysis process of problem solving techniques;
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral;
  • The ability to obtain the highest efficiency from assigned staffing.
