JOB PURPOSE:

Combining an understanding of process/facility equipment, biologic manufacturing process, cGMP, root cause analysis, and technical writing skills, Lead Investigator is responsible for identifying root cause of failures, writing and managing the non-conformance investigations, remediation actions and supporting the associated improvement for the Filling, Labelling and Packaging Platforms. Lead investigator must possess skills to coordinate cross-functional interactions and is critical in ensuring investigations are well-written, thoroughly investigated and closed within defined timelines.

About this role

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate Quality Notifications associated with Filling, Inspection, Labelling & Packaging;
  • Develop appropriate corrective and preventive actions;
  • Write and manage associated documentation and timelines;
  • Continuous Improvement.

Manage the timelines of Quality Notifications and associated investigative or corrective and preventative actions. This is in-order to close Quality Notifications in a timely manner and to avoid overdue deviations.

A high level of Planning, Organizational and Communication skills are required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Looking for someone with experience working in groups and collaborating with others.

Strong organizational skills

Project Management Skills - nice to haveExperience doing a root cause analysis, conducting investigations, and creating an action plan to prevent future incidents.
Technical writing skills - should have a focus on the issue and describe it in a concise wayIdeal experience should be in Pharma - but can be flexible to experience to other experience such as in distribution centers so long as there were some kind of health requirements
Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or Engineering
