About this role

Based in China and working for a world leader in LNG processing, you will provide administrative and technical support of the fabrication team.

From maintaining working time records and time sheet checks, to organising meetings and business trips for fabrication team members, you will handle all aspects of the fabrication team document control system at yard.

Aside from this, you will also ensure all appropriate drawings and documents are transmitted successfully between the company and the contractor.

You will also develop and maintain all office archives related to document management as well as office documentation to support the fabrication team.

About you

You’ll be backed by at least 10 years’ experience in a similar administrative/document controller position as well as holding a university engineering degree in a relevant discipline.

Most importantly, you must be fluent in oral and written Chinese, English and Russian.

What we offer

This is a two-year contract based in China and you will be working on a full time basis.
