About this role

Most of your time will be spent in Paris working on a 2 year contract.

You’ll be providing technical input into the design of Static & Packaged Equipment during the detailed design and EPIC stages of a large LNG terminal construction project in Russia.

Day to day, you will be responsible for reviewing design deliverables and work scope documents, factory acceptance testing, vendor selection and the timely resolution of technical and engineering issues related to Static Equipment.

Projects this large are a team effort, and you won’t be alone.

You’ll work closely with FEED and EPIC Contractors to provide support and guidance on procurement activities, technical bid evaluation, and any technical queries raised by Contractors.

About you

Dealing with such large projects, it is easy to get overwhelmed with the big picture. Leaning on your experience, you’re able to break down the project into solvable parts ensuring everything is delivered within budget and in accordance with project requirements, specs and standards.

You’ll have over 15 years’ experience working on Static & Packaged Equipment design and selection for an Oil and Gas operator or contractor.

During this time, you’ll have gained around 5 years’ experience working on offshore processing plants, preferably LNG projects.

Degree wise, there is an element of flexibility but you’ll likely hold a Bachelor’s or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Your expertise will lie in Static Equipment. This means you’ll be proficient with all aspects of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Drums, Heat Exchangers etc.
