About this role

Sales Manager, who will take up responsibility for the following tasks:

  • Customer acquisition;
  • Creating strong relationships with customers & distributers;
  • Creating commercial offer with deep understanding of clients’ needs;
  • Analysis of the market and reporting to product manager;
  • Negotiation and managing customer contracts;
  • Supply chain management (product flow, planning of factory stocks and production);
  • Planning of working capital (stocks, production, payments);
  • Claim management;
  • Support product development process;
  • Searching of the new customer

About you

Candidate requirements:

  • Engineering or economics degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years multi-functional experience within Sales. Previous experience in Polymer industry is preferred;
  • Experience in Elastomers global sales and profound market expertise (upstream and downstream);
  • Expertise in cross border trading, supply chain and value creation;
  • Solution orientation, pro-active and hands-on approach;
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills;
  • Strong capability for customer relationship building and proven vocation to develop new markets, customers and products with extensive international experiences;
  • Strong analytic, wise decision-making, organisational, problem solving and planning skills with pro-active attitude;
  • Team player;
  • Loyal self-starter with a strong drive to succeed with the ability to work under pressure to achieve successful objectives;
  • Customer oriented thinking, friendly and open;
  • Fluent English and any European, Russian language will be an advantage.
