About this role

Main Responsibilitiess

  • Be part of the ICCSSEP project team as a Project Engineer- Execution to coordinate all the project execution activities with Project team, EPC Contractor, System Engineers & Asset Owner for safe & timely execution;
  • Review and monitor all Project SOW and activities for safe execution and system reliability;
  • Works to assure all works including Brownfield verification, installations, modifications, tie-ins, construction and commissioning of varies scope of work meets system safety and comply with company policies and procedures;
  • Review all the system architects, EPC proposals, PTW documents, Method statements, JSA, procedures, etc., with the Project Team and contracts team ensuring these conform to all applicable Project scope;
  • Review and Approve Contractor Permit to Work (e-PTW / PTW) request and associated documents for all works including Tie-ins and Interfaces and support Contractor to obtain concurrence from all other Company Stakeholders for the Permits;
  • Meets all requirements of the Company Policy and Procedures related to the ICSSEP project activities.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Ensures that all SOW for the Project are met and that the EPC contractor complies with all requirements of the EPC contract in respect of procurement, materials and safe execution;
  • Develop a strong working relationships with project Lead Project Team, subject matter experts, External EPC contractor and internal focal points;
  • Manage the transfer of information, throughout the project phases with proper interface coordinator as per COMPANY procedure;
  • Review and follow the project interfaces / inter dependencies;
  • Support & follow-up with construction and EPC team for PTW related to this project;
  • Liaise with EPC for proper update of Project documents;
  • Coordinate with Field/system team and Asset team for proper clearance and execute the project work safely;
  • Coordinate with loss prevention for FRA and other safety approval;
  • Support logistic activity of this project work to execute the project in timely manner.

About you


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology in the Discipline Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation;
  • Minimum of 10 -15 years Project Execution / Supervisory experience on oil & gas sector in the field of design and execution of Industrial Control Systems Installations and Projects;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and provide solid support to the project team in all contract and implementation matters.

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Project Execution plans, processes, tools and execution;
  • Familiar with ICS and Cyber security system details;
  • Familiar with Network and cybersecurity Hardware details for security project activity.

Personal Attributes: Excellent organization, communication, co-ordination, planning and reporting skills.
