About this role

We are looking for Process Systems Engineers like you to help set the standard in offshore innovation.

You will take the lead role on projects, contributing your expertise and knowledge to deliver high quality and cost-effective process designs on all of their products, as well as developing current and future projects, from studies and proposals to FEED studies and EPCI projects.

From our base in Schiedam, you may also get the opportunity to travel, collaborating with colleagues internationally and bringing your ideas to life in places like South East Asia.

As whether it is through training, learning on the job or coaching, we are committed to helping you get the most out of your work.

You will be an integral member of the team. Preparing design bases and setting up projects will not only utilise your skills but also challenge you to coach less experienced engineers.

About you

These are huge projects and it won’t be easy, but there are big rewards and you will be given the tools to grow in this role both personally and professionally.

An MSc/BSc in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals is required, with at least 8 years of process engineering and design experience.

You also have an understanding of Process simulation (using AspenTech Process Modelling suite; Aspen HYSYS (both steady state and dynamic) and Aspen Flare System Analyzer).

People management is second nature to you and you have worked on projects like this before; with experience on FPSO’s, gas treatment processes and LNG production facilities, you know what you are dealing with.

You are conversant with relevant international standards applicable to the hydrocarbon processing industry and are familiar with design review methods such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL Assessment and LOPA.

You also have a need and ability to travel.

What we offer

We understand the value of hard work, which is why you can benefit from an 8% holiday allowance and flexible working hours, ensuring you a perfect work-life balance.

Salaries for this position will range from 7,000 +

If this sounds like you, call me, email me or drop me a message on LinkedIn and let us chat.
