About this role

Key Job Accountabilities

  • PRO Project Topsides FEED / PROJECT Package Lead is responsible for the combined PRO Topsides Package which will be executed Between Q2 2019 and Q2 2021;
  • He will manage all activities concerning the Package from FEED, PROJECT CFT and Execution up to transfer to Operations. During the course of the Package execution he will manage dedicated teams to cover all the phases of package activities;


  • To promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities;
  • To carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices;
  • To mobilize, organize and manage the teams required to carry out the work and define authority and responsibilities for each member of Package team;
  • To assist to define the Package LOP budget and Work Time Schedule with objective to reduce the costs and optimize the duration and to ensure compliance with these up to Project Close-out;
  • To interface with Field Operations team members in developing SIMOPS, tie-ins and shutdown scope, philosophy and schedule for the site activities associated with the new Produced Water Treatment and OBS module installation, hookup, commissioning and integration works;
  • To interface with other PROJECT entities within Major Projects for brownfield and tie-in works with the existing facilities;
  • To manage launch PROJECT tenders from preparation of contracting strategy, CFT and bid evaluations including to manage the technical and commercial analysis of offers for contractor selection for PROJECT;
  • To manage Detail Engineering and Construction Works progress including follow-up of engineering and vendor documentation reviews to ensure compliance with design dossier, SOR, Company specifications, Corporate standard and HSE regulation, international codes and classification society rules;
  • To ensure PROJECT contract management with regards to all technical, commercial and contractual issues arising during Package execution and liaise with Integration Manager on regular basis regarding these and any other relevant matters;
  • To manage close out of the all the stages of new PRO project from CFT, Detail Engineering, Commissioning, performance tests completion, settlement of any claims, execution of close out certificates including for warranty period commencement, transfer and archiving of final documentations and issuance of close out reports;
  • To carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.

About you


  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering;
  • Experience: At least 15-20 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with a minimum of 10 years experience as Project Engineer;
  • Experience within a project team: At least 10 years’ experience at senior level within large multinational taskforce team environment;
  • Experience in offshore facilities at conceptual and pre-FEED stage is preferred;
  • Extensive offshore platform Brownfield experience is a key requirement for this role;
  • Available for technical missions worldwide;
  • Familiar with Company General Specifications, Prodom Document Control system and relevant codes and standards;
  • Language: Fluent English;
  • Computer literate;
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills to manage a complex multi-discipline project work scope;
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.

Contract Duration: Contract Hire with possible extension;
