About this role

As a Legal Administrative Assistant you’ll be supporting a group of attorneys within a Law Business Unit in San Ramon, CA.

There’s a major scheduling component to this role, preparing complex international and domestic travel itineraries and ground transportation logistics for several senior executives. This may require researching background information before a trip, and will definitely entail handling detailed expense claims afterwards.

You’ll be closely involved in logistics in the office: handling all administrative assistant responsibilities for assigned attorneys and legal analysts, creating presentations, editing documents, revising contracts, keeping the document management systems up to date, setting up new vendors and processing invoices.

With your strong eye for detail, you will be involved in proof reading, checking documents adhere to company standards.

About you

You are known for your discretion working with confidential information, and good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities and solving complex operating issues.

You can solve problems independently, and also work collaboratively with others, stepping in to help out colleagues as situations demand. You operate seamlessly at all levels of the organization.

With your expertise in MS Office applications, and interest in technology tools, you stay organized and on schedule, even as priorities change around you.

Must haves:

  • At least a High School Diploma/GED and preferably a College Degree
