About this role

In this role you will be:-

  • Providing field installation support for subsea production systems, technical planning and product and system troubleshooting;
  • Designing complex technical engineering plans, reviewing and approving design work;
  • Contributing to design at the front end, tendering, installation and operation at the project cycle end;

About you

Depending on your experience you may be the Lead Installation Engineer, or a member of the installation project team working alongside other installation engineers – there are several permanent roles available for this established and expanding business;

You are already working as an installation engineer, in subsea offshore field development projects in deepwater environments. Your experience makes you the technical expert, as well as a leader who inspires collaborative working. You have solid understanding of code and client requirements, and experience in a range of ways to meet those standards in all installation aspects. For you, there’s real satisfaction in getting the job done well, resolving issues you foresee in the plans, and that arise in the field;

You’ll have installed pumps, wellheads, manifolds, FPSO and Platform subsea production systems, including Xmas Trees and related equipment;

For a mid-level role, you’ll bring at least 8 years of field experience with subsea production systems. More experience (10-15+ years) and leading complex projects from conceptual design through to pre-commissioning and end delivery is highly desirable for the senior job title;
