About this role

As the Human Resource Generalists you will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources Department. You’ll be providing analytical support as well as participating in collaborative discussions with management regarding general area of Human Resources. Some HR activities that you will be responsible for include: processing payroll, payroll reconciliation, benefits, recruitment/termination, new hire orientation, training and development, policy implementation, and employee relations.


  • Assisting with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitating new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements
  • Conducting the hiring process & on-boarding process: job postings, pre-screening resumes, performing interviews, background/reference check and drug screening and preparing offer letter
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulation such as FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO, etc
  • Guiding and advising employees on HR related policies and procedures

In this role you will be required to travel frequently according to the needs of the company.

About you


  • Fluency in Korean and English (bilingual proficiency)
  • 3 to 7 years of HR experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Broad understanding of consultation, ethical Practice, global & cultural awareness
  • Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and Systems, Applications, Products (SAP) is a plus

  • Previous experience in relationship management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with focus on completion, to a high level of performance
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and changing situations, with tight deadlines
  • Ability to comprehend and assimilate complex business processes
