About this role

You’ll be working in Hertfordshire for one of the UK’s leading power generators and energy suppliers.

Day to day, you will be working on all sorts of Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) activities at the power station. This includes planning, contracting, preparing risk assessments and carrying out physical mechanical maintenance on the site.

You will be under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager who will be there to mentor you and answer any questions you may have.

About you

Ideally you will have some experience working on the maintenance of CCGT plants or in a large-scale process environment.

Education wise there is flexibility, you’ll need a HNC or equivalent and you’ll have strong computer literacy skills.

An IOSH qualification in Managing Safely would be great but it’s not a deal-breaker.

What we offer

This is a permanent contract with a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
The pension contributions are employee 5% and employer 10%.
